Ever wonder where the guy who created Baywatch lives?

Me neither! But dude is selling his Malibu home and it's kuuuuush!

BayWatch co-creator Gregory J. Bonnan seems rather sensitive to middle-class American consumer needs during these times of economic uncertainty - he's selling the "two-home Malibu compound, but each house is being listed separately out of consideration for those who can only afford one home at a time."

Of course, I'd personally have to go for the full compound. Then I could shoot a reality show called "Big Love: Malibu".

Wanna Know the 20 Best Islands to Live On?

I picked up the new issue of Islands Magazine at the Portland airport (during the final leg of a 12-hour round trip). After a long (though totally rad) day, I needed a mental escape to survive my imminent flight. Turns out, the "20 Best Islands to Live On" issue totally did the trick!

Spoiler Alert!!

Hawaii took the top two spots!

Big Island is the champ and Kauai wins the silver. Nice work, Aloha State! I've never been to either, so clearly I've got to fix that.

The issue also ranked the 10 Best Island Villas. Obviously, the winner - Samudra on Ko Samui, Thailand - looks incredible. The insane part (which I still think I must have read incorrectly) is that it's base price is only $800/day. Seriously, only EIGHT BILLS a day to stay here:

Samudra, which means "gathering of waters," can host 10 people in it's five air-conditioned bedrooms. The place features 12 structures (including a yoga octagon with a fancy floor, Aysha!), has an infinity pool, and is just a leisurely 40-minute ride from the airport. Dang, ya'll. .........................Dang.

You can check out tons of great photos showing off the unbelievable details of this place here:

So many islands to choose from...

I browse around on PrivateIslandsOnline.com all the time - it's a great day-dream enabler, either for my future awesometown life or just a rad vaycay down the road.

Today they were featuring Dunbar Rock, a small island in the Bay Islands of Honduras that looks rather spectacular.

It's a really small island lacking an ideal beach, but I can picture myself having a fun time there.

You can buy Dunbar Rock for $1.7 Million USD. It's rather well-known in the region and it's picture is even featured on an official postcard by the Government of Honduras’ Tourism Board.

Someday I'm going to live in Hawaii and hang out with Desmond from Lost

And this is where Kevin and I will live:

Hale O’Ho’okipa!
Kahala, Oahu, Hawaii

150 foot walk from the beach.

Love the wooden ceiling.

There are two kitchens!

You had me at "Media Room"!

The kitchen in the main house has both SubZero refrigerators and wine coolers, Wolf cook top with grill and griddle, double Wolf ovens, microwave, commercial ice maker, and commercial dishwasher (600 dishes per hour).

Four bedrooms.

Five bathrooms.

Completed in 2005, the villa was a 2006 Grand Award Winner in the Building Industry Association of Hawaii annual awards.

I don't think this place is currently on the market, but you can rent it for about $1900-2850/night! Dang.

Anyhow,it looks like there's lots of room for guests, so holla at me in about 10-15 years.

I'll be kickin it with my homeboy Henry Ian Cusick.

He said he's staying on the Island after the show ends - yay!
